Our lye, also known as Sodium Hydroxide, is a unique food-grade product that is much lower in impurities compared to our competitors who sell the technical grade. We are proud to produce it in the U.S.A. and it is also USP grade, non-GMO, and has not been tested on animals since 1990. Our lye is not tested on animals and does not contribute to BSE. It is also Kosher and Halal acceptable, as it does not contain alcohol or any animal by-products. The chlorine used in its manufacture is acceptable for use in Kosher-related activities without certification, and it does not come into contact with or contain any animal by-products.

Our lye products are shipped in easy-to-store and easy-to-use resealable containers, each being BPA free and with a resealable child-resistant cap.
